A Place to Talk About Abra

Abra has autism and complex communication needs. Her primary mode of communicating is a LightWriter but she will also use her voice to verbalize some basic wants or greetings. Abra is an exceptional individual who is determined to understand the world around her and works hard to make herself understood. This blog is a place where the people who work with Abra can share questions, stories and progress about this special gal who never stops amazing us and holds a special place in our hearts.

Congratulations!
Graduating

The girls are at the graduation! Abra sat in the front with her peers and sister as we listed to the speeches. She sat nice and quietly and we almost made it to the end. She did great with the crowd after when it was time to mingle.  So proud!
