Very exciting about Abra answering questions about feelings! She hasn’t been able to do that with me yet.
Today I showed her a picture of the girl drinking milk and I asked Abra why the girl was drinking milk. Abra typed “drinking.” So I gave her 3 choices on the whiteboard and she was able to get it – thirsty.
She did fabulous swimming today! She lasted a good 20 to 25 minutes. Wendy and I were having her swim from one side of the pool to the other. I was giving her some support and we were having her kick her legs which she did part of the time.
